My husband is a convert to Christianity and came from an atheist upbringing. My in laws are non believers but the question of faith and what’s it all about always seems to find it’s way into conversations with them in a positive way. They live a moral life but can’t get around the “need” for faith. They are quite happy with life ending at some point and are not fussed about “the afterlife”. In addition, they can’t wrap their heads around if God is so loving, why are all the evils of the world present ? Why do innocent people suffer and God does nothing about it . I’ve been praying that somehow they convert (over 15 years now) but it hasn’t happened yet. Asking for prayers for a miraculous conversion if it’s meant to be . I also struggle with the same questions and how to answer them to non-believers . What does one say to someone who’s life on earth is good and they don’t see a need for faith.
