I have some kiddos with unique dietary needs and I’m looking into the curriculum. I’m definitely purchasing the year 1 curriculum and I’m trying to decide on the lifer package. I LOVE cooking so the recipe section of the lifer looks so appealing. Can anyone give me insight into how the recipes align with food allergies? Specifically gluten, fish/shellfish? Will we be able to make these recipes?
