I’m struggling to decide if I want to use gather round exclusively, four days a week with the addition of individual reading instruction and math, or if I want to use gather round twice a week with other language arts incorporated on the other days. My oldest is 9 so we’re trying to build foundational skills here with all the kiddos. Do you all feel there is enough language arts in the units? My oldest is on the “early reader” level, for reference. She has dyslexia.
