Hey guys! Do you remember our magazines we talked about doing? Now that we have most our promotional materials set for conventions, we're looking forward to this! Hoping to get out our first edition one soon along with a brand new free bible reading plan! Here's what I need: 1. Testimonials: a family picture, and your story. How has Gather 'Round impacted your homeschool? Honestly, we could use as many of these as possible. 2. Your kids' art projects from the unit, their sketches, sample stories, poetry (ode to coffee would be pretty much epic) anything they want to include! Scan and email! If you are chosen we will send you a waiver. 3. IF you have kids that want to also write testimonials of Gather 'Round, why they love it, how it has impacted them, that would also be amazing. 4. I would love to include an actual article from a few people throughout the editions. Topics I am looking for an outside perspective on are: -High School -Yes, you can teach your child to read with Gather 'Round -Is it enough? -How to know when to switch levels -FOMO -Large family Gather 'Round hacks (how you do notebooking, how you help everyone with their pages, etc) -Gather 'Round organization (take us on a tour if you have a really unique situation) -To the New Homeschool Family (a letter to families who are new or just diving in to Gather 'Round) Honestly, like our God Doesn't Make Mistakes book (that we still have on the shelf), most people assume that we have lots of submissions and don't send in. I will tell you that it is VERY rare for people to actually leap on this. They might comment on this post, but to go the full way and write the things and email them in, it is rare. So . . . if you feel a pull in your heart to do this PLEASE do it! Even if not used in this first one, if we get too much, we can use it in one of our other editions. I really think this is going to be an amazing blessing, of not just me, but our whole community. HOW TO SUBMIT: https://form.asana.com/?k=IFdlLnZGrcqktx9dh91MQQ&d=1200770329489755 For the first edition, we will need these as soon as possible, so get them in sooner rather than later!
