Good Morning! I thought this would be a fun little science add-on to this unit. I had ordered this kit (and it came with 10 caterpillars and all the supplies) and it also came with a little poem relating to the Indigenous culture/beliefs. I thought that was pretty fun and could be a great little add-on to this unit (that maybe you didn't think of?...because I didn't lol). It just so happened to be delivering right around the time we are about to start this unit. I believe they have a little left to the season, I think September might be the last delivery? And even if you didn't do it for this unit, it is definitely a great experience to add to your homeschool (this is our first year doing it, and we will definitely do it again). If you live in Canada, we used monarchbutterflies.ca and we got the painted lady kit, because it's cheaper 😉😉 If you live in the states, I believe Amazon has different kits available for order (ladybugs, butterflies etc.), or so I have heard. I just thought I would share 🤓🤗
