Finishing up this unit with my 7.5 year old who has always been ahead in school. We enjoyed the student notebook but found the whole teachers guide to be a bit much. This is our 5th unit and have only found this one so far to be that way. My husband did a day and came to the same conclusion as me. Does anyone know if Rebecca wrote this unit or if this one was written by someone else? I am in no way saying this curriculum isn’t good I’m enjoying them so much. Just wondered if those of you who have done it found it too be a bit too much information and wordy for younger kids? Think when we revisit this one I will just do a lot of projects/hands on and read less. Or any other advice on how to do this unit with younger kids. Thanks
