Hi all So, we are entering our third week of homeschool (ever). I have a first grader and preschooler. And they are doing great! However I need advice. I know that homeschool in theory is meant to be what you want. I am really struggling with letting go of the "classroom" mentality. I feel like the lessons are jumping a lot. Or there's so much reading that they don't want to listen to the lesson. Or I feel like wow that wasn't a long lesson but I just spewed a ton of information at them in a short time. How do I make this ours? I am really feeling like a not-fun teacher and it's only week three.
