Has anyone made Jonathan's Famous Chicken Adobo? How does he fit 24 thighs in one pot?! So I'm weird when I cook meat (always thinking it's never completely done). I've perfected cooking our chicken thighs from frozen in my InstantPot. Do you think it would work if I fully cook the thighs as I usually do then make the sauce on the stove, transferring the thighs to simmer there for the 2 hours? I'm not the best at cooking so I need help! I will also want to get my two schooling daughters (10 and 8) helping, even though we won't be following the recipe exactly. Thanks for the help!
