I wasn’t sure exactly where to post this because we are just doing the Africa sample, and I haven’t done any other GR. On the lesson for day one for early elementary, it talks about what makes a sentence. I guess I’m a little confused that it states that the body can also be an adjective, and doesn’t cover the fact that the connecting word is a verb. (State of being) is there a reason for this? Maybe bc it’s early Elementary? I chose early for my 9 yo, who’s goin to be starting 4th, bc he’s not a strong reader. Thanks for any feedback (I posted this originally In community, bc we are only doing the sample week. This is from lesson one of Africa, early elementary.)
