Has anybody ever heard of or tried block scheduling by 6 weeks? There is a history curriculum that we just love but we also love gather round. I’m thinking of doing 6 week blocks where we bounce back and forth between the two. Has anybody tried this? Does it work ok? Worried if inconsistencies would confuse the children? Or am I thinking way too hard about this. I think it would be fun to shake things up and switch gears every so often and still enjoy all the things we love. Thoughts? Thanks y’all!
