I tried to print all the letters And numbers 2 last week. It was printing in a black box. I asked and was told to use a computer or laptop. I came back to town and tried it on my laptop, and it printed all the words, no pictures. I then tried to download Adobe and it prints is all with a black box. I am at my wits end. I’ve wasted hours, paper, and multiple trips to town to the printers for this. I don’t know what to do next? Help!?
