Field trip idea for Space unit- many State Parks and National Parks offer “star gazing” events. Our local State park is having one in July so I plan to take the kids and they will be able to look through real telescopes at stars in the park with the help of park rangers and volunteers that know what they are doing! It’s completely free too! :)
