As a new homeschooling mom, I need some ideas on how to decompress throughout the week. Im also introverted and I’m noticing more and more that I need some time to Re-energize from being around my kids all day. I take an evening bath almost everyday to unwind but trying to think of other things I can do. Gyms are out of the question right now since our state still makes us wear masks while working out inside ☹️ I have low blood pressure and I’m anemic so there is no possible way I would not pass out 😂 I also realize I’m probably running out of juice since it’s about the end of the school year. Want to finish off strong but I am running low on energy for sure. Any good ideas? Thanks!
